Raw mushie curry (sort of recipe)

The other day I wanted to make something yum for hub for lunch. He's working hard at the moment and wants to also be highly raw. I didn't write down details, so these are estimates but this is what I threw in the blender:

meat of a young Thai coconut
200g of mushrooms, marinated in tamari for a few minutes (set aside some of the mushies to garnish)
possibly about 300ml s of water but you would probably use coconut water
1sp curry powder
1 tbsp tamari or celtic sea salt
a pinch of fennel seeds

to garnish
2 or 3 spring onions
few springs of coriander
handful of sesame seeds

I think you could make this more Thai, if you had some chilli, lemongrass, galangal.

With raw soups you can heat them a little or use some hot water in place of coconut water.
