Kitchen creations

It has been a while since I update Manna-Chi blog. Partly because my diet has involved a lot more cooked foods and because I haven't been creating to many new things in the kitchen. But it seems your creativity takes little rests or at least channels itself into other areas.

Here is a photo of today's afternoon treat for my beloved daughter and husband.

Homemade RV Strawberry Ice-cream - recipe, Heathy Pace, Ultimate Ice Cream book. Gibran's garnished with RV Chocolate Sauce (Cacao, raw honey and coconut oil) Rhiana's garnished with Hopper 100's & 1000s and shredded coconut. All mostly organic.
